Is it okay for me to sell your items due to the new Consumer Product Safety Act of 2008?
Yes, all products we sell conform to the new CPSIA rules and regulations. All of the items we sell are compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Act. No frabric, surface paint, or garment components contain levels of lead that exceed the the 2011 limits.

How do I place an order?
You can either fax us your order form that is located in the price list area, call and speak with an account rep, or email your order if we already have your billing information in our system. Please do not email us your credit card information.

Where is your price list?
We do not publicly post our prices on the Internet. We do this to protect you from having your customers see how much you pay for the garments. If you would like a price list sent to you please register by clicking here.

What is your return policy?
Defective merchandise must be claimed within 15 days from receipt of shipment. If a garment has been worn or altered in any way, we will use our discretion regarding the return of the merchandise. Are the prices on your price list per garment or per package?
All items are listed per garment. Our bulk discounts are based on total number of that specific style purchased.

What is the quality of your product like?
Our toddler clothes differ depending on fabric and style. The fabric used is usual stated in the products description. If you have a question regarding a specific garment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies based on size of package and weight. We use UPS for most shipments within the continental US. We use USPS, by default, if your items will be shipped outside of the continental US. For more details on shipping, please click here.

Do your garments have tags?
Yes, all of our products come with tags. The tag shows the care instructions, sizing information, and the brand's logo. If you would like to have your own tags sewn into our garment, we can do a custom manufacturing proccess for you. Please contact us for minimums and rates.

Can I use the images on your web site for my web site?
Sure. As long as you are an active client of ours, you may use our images. Please be sure to save them to your server and not serve the images from our server. If we change the names of the images on our server then they will not show up properly on your site.

Do you drop ship / blind ship?
Yes, we will drop ship for you at no additional charge.
